In effort to make clear what the Liaison committee is about.   Please provided (via email preferred)  The following documents:


  1. A document authorizing the existence of a Liaison committee within Ashland government 
  2. A document stating the purpose of the liaison committee in Ashland government
  3. A document showing the current members of the Liaison committee
  4. A document showing email address to contact the Liaison committee and its members.
  5. Minutes of a meeting creating the Liaison committee
  6. Minutes of a meeting creating a sub-committee of a board or committee to represent its respective parent board at the Liaison committee.
  7. Minutes of a meeting showing the appointment of any members on the liaison committee


As a final comment based on the town website this committee has 2 members and 4 vacancy.  The two members listed have terms that expired in 2016.  An update to the webpage might be helpful in resolving this inquiry if there are actual members on this committee.
