  1. a document showing the appointment of each current ARA member and their term of office
  2. a document showing the certification of each member to OML and ethics for a current term of office.
  3. a document showing the minutes, vote or resignation of each member last active on the board
  4. A document showing the vote to disband the ARA and its results
  5. A document showing any related legislation and vote.
